with the new 3.2 upgrade this problem arised.
Also users activities have declined a lot

I can't add an attachment I don't know why, but when you put the cursor inside the box in turns like 30px and it goes bigger when you keep writing.

Hi,

I look on admin section, its show jomsocial version 3.1.x, i think the upgrading was failed..can you provide me FTP access, please? So i can inspect this issue further..

Also please you do backup your data first before the upgrading.

Can you create new dev site / subdomain site with the newest jomsocial installation? so we can check the issue there...
