profiles in different languages

Hallo I've been trying to set up 1 Profile in 2 languages. Looks like it is not a Problem. I just translate the same Words in German than in English and have 2 Profiles. Now here it comes. How do I link the " English profile" to my English visitors? My site is set up in to languages. Everything works fine so far. No I have the situation that Visitors from GB Country's look at a German Profil.
