Hi, Carlton.

"Customize my page" is a page within JomSocial and you should have link to it in JomSocial Toolbar menu. If not you can create link to that page - choose "Edit my page" link when creating new menu item.

Socizlize is just a template so don't have any settings that apply to JomSocial.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Carlton.

Good point. It's still in JomSocial toolbar but as toolbar is not displayed under Socialzie template this link is not visible.
I'll report it to our template developer.
Workaround: create menu for logged in users and add this link there.

Hi, Carlton.

By "this link" I mean link to "Customize My Page" in JomSocial.
This is your internal JomSocial page I can't provide you a link to it :)

I tried everything and it does not work, not going to waste time trying to find a solution for an issue you have already confirmed is a problem. You have to correct it and come up with a version update. Something as simple as a hyperlink or connecting to a feature should be the simplest task.

Hi, Carlton.

1. Create menu in Joomla! menus
2. Create menu item that points to Edit my page (the same as Customize my page)
3. Create module for that menu
4. Display that module wherever you want on your page

Now users will have option to access Customize my page.

Hi, Carlton.

Please provide us with working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

Nooo... it can't be easier than that... Creating menu items and displaying menu modules is a VERY BASIC of Joomla!
