At begining I call all steps for repeat of my bug.
1. Open "control panel" of component
2. Click on nick of user on right panel

My result:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'extend' of undefined script-1.2.min.js
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined validate-1.5.min.js:1

What is the problem?

I used all setting but it could'not lead to best result. Problem is exist.

As I am seeing you are using old version and I will advice you to upgrade with latest version 3.1.1
Let me know if the problem still persist after upgradation.

You answer didn't resolve my problem.
1. I created a new clear site on Joomla 3.2.3
2. I installed a JS 3.1.0.1. Time zone incorrect on 4 hours
3. I updated a JS 3.1.1.1. Time zone incorrect on 4 hours
4. I edited time zone in DST on 0 or +-4. Time zone incorrect on 4 hours
5. And the finally version of JS 3.2?!?!? Time zone incorrect on 4 hours!!
I checked it on 2 different hostinfg, also on local service (denwer (Win8), MMAP (OS X)). Problem repeating.
I would like attract your attention, that this problem repeating and of other users. And I asking you fix this bug in nearly time.

The time zone issue only happens on stream? Or also happens on another functions?

Anyway, I change the stream to lapse time instead of fixed time, that will help you to solve this.
