Hi lafemme,

Go to Jomsocial backend > profile > custom profile > click on birthdate > you can set minimum age and maximum age there :)

after you set this value, when user registration and select birthdate, the calendar only show range like your condition :)

PS : Maybe you can upgrade your jomsocial into latest version (3.1.1) :)
