Our current design requires that we disable the searchable fields feature on the profile pages for all users. This is the feature that when you click on a field, it shows you all the members that share that field. How do we turn off this feature completely?

for to do that, please goto jomsocial backend: profiles - customize profile
uncheck "Searchable" at all fields.

Yes, we were able to use this option to turn off the fields. But we had to do it in conjunction with JomSocial Profile Types, which made it slightly different to solve. Thanks!
