Is it possible to remove the automatic password entry in the first password box of a users profile? It's quite confusing for users who go to update their profile to get an error message on save which they often deal with incorrectly.

Can you explain more about "automatic password entry" here? What jomsocial version do you use?
i tried to replicate it on my local but i can't..

1. i login with test01 username & password
2. go to user profile
3. go to account details tab
4. there is no "automatic password entry" on my password input box..

i think this problem because users click on "save password" or "remember password" on their browser when login.. because input box on login screen and user profiles account details had same type and name (type=textbox and name=password)

Thanks David, perhaps it was just the initial view of the profile (or me) because after I cleared the box it stays clear.
