500 - String could not be parsed as XML - when clicking on user avatar

I've had this problem since Jomsocial 2.8. The error has carried through to the latest Jomsocial 3.1 upgrade.

This error happens on most user avatars: Clicking on a user avatar to see their profile returns the following error page:
500 - String could not be parsed as XML

Some profiles show up correctly, but most give this error page when clicking any user avatar.

HI There,

This issue caused by this plugin "Editor - My Photos" I just disbaled this plugin and your profile page is working now.

Seems that plugin already broken, and the xlm file is lost.
