Where is my status message shown?

It seems the only place that my current status is shown is in the Hello Me module. But, I also noticed this:

You will notice that my last status had a link that I was sharing, well, this status is now showing outside of my base template, top left.

User status display depends on JomSocial template that you use.
By default it is shown in Hello me module and in search results.
Status is also updated in Facebook if you use a FB connection.

You tried post a url in your status. You entered it as a URL or as a html?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

That's where it is showing for some reason. I am using the default js3 template.

I successful removed that line in your profile.
Also tried replicate that issue but in vain... it has to be just a random glitch.

Pleas try do post this status again and we'll see results.
