Profile menu display error

Hi there, I have recently installed Jomsocial at www.bellogroupltd.com/community.html and for some reason the profile menu displays the following (screenshot also attached):

I need access to your backend to debug it.
Please extend user rights for account that you provided us in credential box.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

The user rights have now been extended to super administrator.

This issue was caused by System - RokBox plugin. I disabled it and everything works fine now :)

Hi Michal,

Thank you for identifying the issue however disabling Rokbox plugin is not really a solution as this plugin will need to be used in the future.
Its also a popular plugin which I am sure other developers may use on their site.

Could there not be a more suitable and permanent solution; one that would avoid a conflict between Jomsocial and Rokbox?
