I have joomla 2.5 , can not find where to change "Welcome to JomSocial " in Browser with my front page title .

There are 2 possibilities to change "Welcome to Jomsocial" browser title page :

1. You only want to change "Jomsocial" word on there (example : "Welcome to My Web" or "Welcome to Always Action Network")

If like case number 1, you can go to jomsocial backend > configuration > Site and look at the right side.
change "Frontpage Title" value into what do you want :)

2. You want to change all words on there (Example : "This is Always Action Network" or "You are in My Web")

if like case number 2, you can go to your joomla folder > language > en-GB > en-GB.com_community.ini
search "COM_COMMUNITY_FRONTPAGE_TITLE" and change the value after "=" with your own words..

example :
this default value :

COM_COMMUNITY_FRONTPAGE_TITLE="Welcome to %1$s"

COM_COMMUNITY_FRONTPAGE_TITLE="Hi this is Action Network"
