in Custom profile the Field type URL not accept the "+" (plus) character.

For example, GooglePlus profile google.com/+MyName

For security issue we disabled that character since version 3.0

And it is possible to add back (only) this character?

Because for now i must after every update edit "/components/com_community/helpers/validate.php" (and sometimes I forget :D)

if you want you need to remove the condition filter the string, look at this file components/com_community/controllers/profile.php, find this code :
