I'm having the same problem as Jeremy:

Can't click on inbox messages via mobile device.

It works on my iPad but it's not working on my iPhone......

Do you also replicated it on our community website? Did you also tried with other iPhone?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I checked on my Samsung with Android. I had no issues with clicking to messages titles in inbox.
So it could be an iPhone issue only...

Nevertheless I mark it as a bug for our developers.

I'm sorry but I have no new for this issue.
Our developers has it on their list, so they are aware of this bug.
As soon I'll know something - I'll post here.

You guys are taking way to long to fix this problem....

Instead of fixing current bugs on JomSocial... you guys are working on new features.... (buggy new features)

time is passing by and then we (customers) have to renew the subscription in order to get the updated version...........

Please provide a patch or something to fix this problem.... Thank you.

I have checked this issue and it is fixed and will be in 3.2 , The fix is in the current www.jomsocial.com site. Could you please let me know if it is not working for you this that site is running RC1. I will send you a message now to see if you can click on it from your mobile.
