How to hide number members?

Hi -

I need to hide the number of members from my 'latest members' modules (both the one on the community front page and also accessible from module manager - though I assume these are the same). I don't see the parameter in the module. Searching the forum, I found several threads stating that this is a setting in the current template. I am using the 3.x "default" template and don't see any settings at all there other than 'color theme' - all of the show/hide options from, e.g., 'blueface' template are absent (see screenshot). Nor do I see the option in "layouts". Please tell me where I can turn this metric off from the public.

Hi Cheryl,
I have noticed the problem at frontend but failed to login at admin panel. It is some how redirecting to the site frontend.
Please fill up also FTP info by editing the first post.
Btw, In case you missed you may update your jomsocial with latest version 3.1.0.4

Sorry for the delay - I had to put in tickets on some other issues and didn't want to confuse things!
How can I update this ticket with the credentials you need to access the back end?

If you don't have then ask from hosting server.
