Hi,
On the homepage of my website, some of the profile pictures on the Newest tab does not show. I think that this may be a conflicting component (such as payplans). You can view the site at

. I have also included a screenshot below.
Many thanks
Hi, Andrea.
Please, upgrade JomSocial to latest version (you use 3.1.0, current is 3.1.0.4) and check if issue still persist.
Post results on forum board.
Hi, Andrea.
Ok, issue was not fixed after upgrade. Avatar was lost after another upgrade before this one today?
Please, could you provide me FTP and database credentials?
Hi Michal
The problem seemed to be with the watermark feature? When I chose a position for watermark in tha backend, the avatars reappeared, although they do not match the other avatars.
For example, the usual male avatar comes from /assets/user-male-thumb.png but the new avatars come from /watermarks/thumb_e2detcetc.jpg
You can see the user profiles at the link below

Thanks
Andrea
Hi, Andrea.
I'm sorry for late response - I tried to solve this issue by myself but in vain.
That's why I asked one of our developers to assist you.
Please, confirm if issue still persist.
Hi, Andrea.
They returned just like that? All of the sudden? Did you change anything?
I took a look into your database. And in table eu3fi_community_fields_values (it stores field values for users like gender and so one) there are only 14 records! That is why all users have male avatar. There are no profile information about those users in database.
If you edit a user in backend (e.g change gender) then fields values in database will be populated.
So it means that this issue was caused by data loss. Try to recall what happened before issue occurs.
If you don't have a safe copy before that time... all data is lost permanently.
Users need to edit their profiles.
