Hello, Love the new look for JS!

Issue: User ID's are not being inserted into many JS URL's after upgrade to 3.1.0.4 leading to 403 errors. This includes the super admin. Some links work, others don't.

I can manually insert user ID's into broken url's and they work. Please let me know if you need any other information.
