It seems that reinstallation of JomSocial override those files, so you'll have to replace those avatars with your desired images.

I just fix this, please check again.. seems this is caused by your old Jomsocial images, so I reset the profile images and now back to the correct default one.

For quick fix this issue, you can remove the profile avatar for that user from profile page.

We did nothing, it was just a new registration which came in after you fixed it. So I wanted to let you know and also wanted you to fix this instance for me...
It might have been due to a cached resource, or something. I'm not 100% sure...
