Hello,
Is there any way where i can turn off the Friends and Groups App Module in the Profile Page? Search on how to disable it but could not find where.
Please help.

Could you be a bit more specific please? Sending a screenshot with problem marked in it always helps us to understand what exactly is needed. Without it it's just a guessing game. So my guess is you want to remove / hide these:

It's not possible out of the box. As this is custom modification it's not covered by the scope of our support. However, you could 'hide' them with CSS using 'display:none'. It's recommended to use overrides not to lose modifications on next upgrade: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Customizing_Template
