JomSocial Expired

I have JS 2.6.2 and the latest Joomla 2.5 patch.
I use several custom fields during registration that are defined in Jomsocial (birthdate, address, why do you want to join? etc.). Normally they work fine. However, users on Safari and Chrome aren't even prompted to fill in these fields. They just get the normal Joomla registration page. There is no "next" button to move on to the second page in the registration where the Jomsocial fields are. I end up having to email back the people and ask for this info, then hand enter it into their profile.
Is this a known issue?

Hi Keith.

First of all, such outdated JomSocial version(2.6.2) is no longer supported, so we really suggest to upgrade it to the latest JomSocial 3.1.0.1 version. Secondly, you didn't provide us with any access to your back-end, so it's even imposible for me to take a look on this problem.

Sorry, I can't give access at this time. I was just wondering if there are a known bug with some browsers where custom profile fields didn't show up during registration.

Well Keith, I'm not able to replicate this problem on my test site, so I don't think we can consider this as bug.
