I don't know why, but a new user automatically has got 72 user points. I registered two new users for testing and both have 72 user points. I looked in the configuration but can't find a reason for this.

Could you please check this? I don't have an idea how to fix this.

Hi,

I think your issue cuased by "Submit JReviews Listing" user points setting, in that setting you set 15 points for each user if submit jReviews.. you can change it from Jomsocial configuration->User Points

I disabled the 15 user points for submitting a review and registered another user. The user has got 72 user points, so nothing changed.

I don't know why the 15 user points would generate 72 points.. perhaps 60 or 75?
Also the new user didn't submit anything, only registered.

So there must be another reason..

You configured your default karma value is 70 on Jomsocial->Profiles->karma

Hi, thank you, I set it to 0. But the user still got 2 points which I can't explain..?

Please you re-check again your Karma Configuration under Jomsocial configuration->User Points
