Hi jomsocial,

I'm just having a small problem with some tags showing up in the main activity stream. The tags that are showing are the Target tags and the Actor tags.

I have recently upgraded my jomsocial from 2.6.2 to your latest version. everything seemed to go well with the upgrade with no errors.

The only other thing i have changed is my template. I was using themeforest's JF Chrome, but now i am using Themeforest's JF Social.

I have tried with all the default templates but still get the same results.

Hi chris thank you for the fast response.

I did the update in php myadmin. It said it changed some stuff but it did'nt change anything on the front end. Also my joomla installation is up to date.

I also tried to reinstall jomsocial but nothing worked.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Well I'm not an php expert, so I can only suggest solutions from thread which I mentioned before, for most of the users the solution was working. So make sure that you did everything correctly.

Is it possible you could pass this post on to some one that could help me.
As i can see from the post you mentioned before, it works for some of the people but not for others.

It seems like this problem was created in the jomsocial upgrade process over a few versions. So it seems to be a bug in the jomsocial system. A fix for this should be included in future updates.

Also i'm not a php expert. Thats why i bought Jomsocial. :)

Hi Dimas, Yeas i followed the thread, and the query code said it had effect about a thousand rows. (i did the Target and actor query)
But when i went back to my site they seemed to be no change to the activity stream.

I have also tried to clear al cache from my site. Still with no change.

I will send you my details in a private message for my control panel.

When you login you will need to got to manage domain and then choose wingchun-kungfu.co.uk. This will then take you to my control panel where you can access php my admin.

Forget this now dimas. I've messed up big time. I was getting rid of old database's ad i deleted the wrong one. So it looks like i was using your query on the wrong database as well.

Oh well looks like i'm restoring back up's tonight. lol
