When I tried to register a user, after the first registration page (Name,username and password) I hit next and I get the error:

Could not instantiate mail function.

After that the registration does not go beyond the 2nd group page registration.

You need setup the mail functions from Joomla configuration, actually i wanna check this, but I cannot edit your joomla Configuration which need Super User for it.

also, please make sure you enable the SMTP/Mail functions on your server, contact your hosting provider for more information

I'm sure that my hosting provider has SMTP/Mail functions on my server. What is it that you need from me to help me out.
