"Profile avatar deleted" doesn't display user's Realname

Hello.
When user delete his avatar, I can see the action un activity stream:

COM_COMMUNITY_PROFILE_AVATAR_DELETED = "Profile avatar deleted"

it dsiplay default avatar without username. It's so uncomfortable because users need to click on ab=vatar and go to profile to know who was that (who deleted avatar).

If user upload new avatar

COM_COMMUNITY_ACTIVITIES_NEW_AVATAR=" uploaded a new avatar."

we can see username.

I think "deleting avatar" must diplay username too.

Hello.

When I deleted my or other user's avatar at the demo, there is no message.

In my site I just can see how users delete their own avatars.

I'll post acces for "demo-user" and "superuser" in the first post.

You can remove it directly in the code if you dont want it
ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/photos.php at line 2928 simmply remove this

CActivityStream::add($act);

Or even easier, you can disable user points for this action and it will disable activity stream creation too

I would like to "disable user points for this action" but I can see only "Upload profile avatar" (no "Remove/delete avatar".
