For the first time I wanted to use the video function and upload a video, unfortunately no chance - ERROR: "Undefined error". I use Joomsocial version 4.1.5 with Joomla 3.8.5, where is the problem? Request for help - best THANK YOU

Such error can be generated by lots of things, but first please update Jomsocial to the latest version since 4.1.5 is not fully compatible with Joomla 3.8.5 and this would be my first guess why an upload is not possible.

Other things can be:
- lack of space on server
- not sufficient server settings for file upload
- password protected folder prepared for videos
- etc..
