I a using version 4.2.4 at the moment. This works fine for our requirements.
I now have a problem with accessing the edit profile pages. If I try to edit the profile all I see is a blank page with a few links. Although I can access the page to change the profile image.
My developer said it could be a PHP issue. Do you think this is possible and if it is, would an upgrade resolve this issue.

May i know the Joomla version you are using on-site and kindly enable the error report to max from global configuration and share the error details.
