Three years we have paid you for your software (not support), and in one week where your company has changed hands, Our PAID account has been deleted.
We therefore expect a FULL refund for the THREE subscriptions recently purchased. You can't go deleting paid customers accounts, because you don't like what you hear!
ESPECIALLY WITHOUT CONTACT!

It's been almost a week and we have as yet not received any response addressing any reason why JomSocial have disabled our account and access to our PURCHASED subscriptions and software updates. We have supplied the order details to Pankaj as requested.
