I recently purchased the Socialize Template and it doesn't seem to be enabled. I'm seeing the same template as before.

Your site has index.html file in the root folder, kindly remove this file and template will start loading.
Kunena has its own style and template that does not use template style,
You can check it in the Kunena > templates.

Let me know if you got this issue on other pages like Jomsocial pages.
