Looks like the database may be outdated. Please check if there is a possibility to update Jomsocial in Your extensions update list. You may also check joomla's database state in Extensions -> Manage -> Databse in joomla panel.

If none of above will succeed, please send attache a joomla panel access, cron rules access and phmyadmin access.
