i need help with and old issue i did not put too much attention before, but now is something i'm very worry about
The issue with some users who avatar are not loaded correctly, like if they has not avatar, even if this user upload a new avatar, still is not shown for some user, and sometime sow correctly, depend who is watching their profile, is not permission problem, because it doesn't matter if users are friends or not, please check some screenshots, also some user has avatar correctly shown on the stream, but in some module like jomsocial suggest module are not shown correctly. please have a look.

Kindly increase the PHP limits on server configurations as below:
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
memory_limit= 1024
Also fix the FTP details of your site as current details are not working: prntscr.com/iefgfo
We need to check the files on site.
