I can't get the videos to play, receive an error also no play button symbol appears on any video, also thumbnails are pixelated,

Thank you, I cleared the cache and it worked once, when i change video the play icon isn't there, that's on an ipad, macbook and Lenovo Win 10.
Clearing the cache through settings then pressing CTRL and F5 isn't a viable fix,

any ideas?

I have tested in Google chrome latest version. I will ask my colleagues to check it on Ipad and MacBook.

Ok used another two different laptops each time the first video, doesnt matter which, the play symbol appears, if you choose any other video after this, there is no play symbol, unless you clear the browser cache and use CTRL F5 then its the same LOOP again, that's how you replicate it.

Ben its working fine on the regular play for different video as well.
Make sure your browser extension was disabled, i has adblocker when it enabled i faced the same issue, once i disable its working fine.
