My site is encrypted using SSL but as soon as I login to JomSocial it reverts to http rather than https. Is there any way of preventing this ?

This should be done automatically. Please share Your joomla panel access so I'll be able to check. Do You have a .htaccess file modified or is it just like it came with joomla ?

I am using admintools to create the htaccess file. Do I need to create an exception? If so, what would it be ?
