When i load pictures the bar provided shows the images are being uploaded but then at the end of the process when I try to view these pictures it is shown as a blank area e.g. (no picture has been uploaded). the strange thing is if i try an change my avatar picture or cover picture it will upload with these same pictures that i could not upload before.
Why does the bar show upload completed and then the picture does not then show

I have not found the screenshot in your last post.
As I understand you are not able to upload pictures and it working for profile pic and cover pic only.
Kindly share your site details so i can check this issue directly on your site
