Good day Pro's,
I can't seem to figure out where to place the Recapcha code that Google is giving me. I was hoping you could look at these screen shots. I never added the supplied code that I am expected to paste into a page somewhere on my site and I think that's why I am getting this error message you will see in the screen shot. Could you please tell me where I am supposed to find the file I am to cut and paste this code into and the directory of where I find it?
Hi, David.
Thank you for contacting us.
Those keys need to be added in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Registration :)
Michal,
Thank you, but I added the secret keys. The message I attached is telling me to past this snippet into the closing head of my html file. Please look at the attached screen shot. The part I don't know is where they want me to past this code, not the secret keys. I have those and they are in the correct location.
Thanks,
David
Hi, David.
You don't need to paste this code anywhere :)
It's displayed as default message if you want to integrate reCaptch on your site.
JomSocial already loads those :)
Michal,
Thank you for looking into this. I went to my Google Account page and cut and past the Site Key and the Secret Key into what I hope is the appropriate fields in the back end of JomSocial on our SSHAG site. I then went onto the front end of SSHAG and attempted to register. 1, I selected the green "Register Account" trigger off our
www.sshag.com
home page. 2. I then selected the "View Plans" trigger on the very top of our Pay Plans Subscriptions. 3. I than selected the top Voyeur free plan "Subscribe Now" trigger from this page which brings me to the register page. 4. At the bottom of this page, I selected the "Register" trigger and got this pop-up dialog box you will see in the screenshot.
HI, David.
I can't login to your G account and it needs to be confirmed with text message to your mobile.
I checked with brand new keys and it works properly:
prntscr.com/i0pu38
So you need to generate new keys and add them to correct fields. And that should be all.
HI, David.
Great to hear it works :)
Cheers :)
