I'm a long-time user of JomSocial, AdAgency (and other iJoomla products), and I wish to continue running and updating my sites indefinitely -- but the constant renewal of my JomSocial membership every six months to a year is becoming a financial burden.
I would much like to discuss the possibility of a one-time "lifetime membership" price, that gives me support and upgrades for the life of my sites. I think this could be beneficial to us both, and something I believe a lot of your long-term users would find to be key selling point to reward their loyalty and long-term plans with JomSocial, etc.

This was raised many time in the past - one lifetime fee can't cover constant developing of an extension.
JomSocial and other products survived only because we never offered life-time licenses.
It was discussed few months ago when JoomlArt took over Gavick Pro. All life-time licenses ware cancelled.
So I'm sorry but as for now, such an approach is not possible due to company policy.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
