Entered "Register License" but no Domain/ Expiration Date/ Status shown

Hello,
i entered our active Licence Number (Expires: In 158 days, Information from "My Licences" of jomsocial.com) in the backend of our website in the "Register Licence" field, but the Fields
Licence Domain/ Licence Expiration Date/ Licence Status will not shown, so we can´t Update Jomsocial directly.
What have we done wrong?

Thank you for contacting us. Please, try to use forum search feature - then you won't have to wait few hour till we respond :)
Possible reasons ware explained few times on the forum ;)

The reason of rejecting you license number could be as follows:

- your license is registered for other domain than the site you try to enter the key
- your server do not have cURL installed/configured
- allow_url_fopen is set to OFF (should be set to ON)

Please, check if one of them apply to your case.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

- license matches domain
- cURL is enabled
- allow_url_fopen in ON

2. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
