Hello. I want to organize a social network. I noticed that there is no possibility to add audio files, so it's impossible to make a playlist. Will there be added the function of adding audio, the ability to share audio files, and save to playlists?

The only option to upload files are discussions in groups. But even then you won't be able to create audio library.
Audio upload/library is not a common community feature.
So the only option would be 3rd party extension.
