Hi!
I wanted to know if is possible to get regular updates without renewing licence each 6 month? We need just regular update. So maybe is possibility to buy just regular update licence for year? We don't need any extras.. usually all plugins provide updates for free if you have licence and then regularly need to pay just for support.

I wouldn's say that something "usual", rather most developers on the market, offer memberships just like we do ;)


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

So only way to get regular updates is to buy licence each 6 months, right?

No. I explained that in my previous post - you may purchase Supercharged plan - then subscription is for 1 year - not like in Standard and Pro - 6 months.
Yes, this issue was caused by Joomla! version and it's fixed in JomSocial 4.5.
