Is it possible to Adjust Socialize Theme Header Search results for joomla contents instead of Jomsocial users ?

Yes, this could be done by customizing JS Toolbar module.
You'll need to create override and call Joomla! search there.
I apologize that I can't provide you full solution but our Technical Support do not covers customizations.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
