Blank screen on JomSocial Frontpage

A couple of days ago all user see a blank scree when try to access to JomSocial Frontpage.


Our Joomla version is 3.8.2 and JomSocial is 4.5.
Another issue that we notice is when for example I login with Fernando user on browser page title I see the name of another user. I don't know if both issues are related.
Please let me know how can we solve this issue.

Please, upgrade privileges for user "jomsocial" as I need to access your site Global Configuration to investigate this issue further.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Issue was/is in Joomla!. It happens when user has Spanish diacritic signs in username or login.
XML-RPC Error (15058501): The given username contains invalid characters | ERRORCODE: invalidusername
There is user Nicolas. I edited his username and now site loads normal.
This is rather Joomla! or your database related issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
