Hi,
When a user requests for a password reset, after the user provides his/her email address, and a verification code notification is displayed for the user to enter the code, the notification message is displayed at the bottom of the scrolling image (above the "Get Connected" button area, for the user to see or be aware of the message, he/she will need to scroll down the page . How can I display the message in a more obvious location for the user to see? This issue occurred with the upgrade to 4.5.

A screenshot is attached. Thanks

HI, Bunmi.

Thank you for contacting us.
Actually this issue is not related with JomSocial.
Users restore their passwords in com_users which is Joomla! core extension. And "Get connected" box is a module - not part of JomSocial neither.
Check if password restoration has menu item ID and set your module to NOT display on that page.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,

Thanks for your response. I don't want to disable the message. I still want the verification code message to display, the issue is that the location for the display is between the image and "Get Connected" button and the user can't see it. I will like to display the message somewhere where the user can see it (like the red circled area of the attached screenshot).

Thanks

HI, Bunmi.

You have module on that page - slider - and it's displayed ABOVE page content.
What you need to do is to disable or change position for that module on that particular page.
