I have something new I am trying to do and I think it can be done with just the modules that you Pro's have already designed and I have on my site. To start I created a new "Main Menu" item called "SSHAGETT's". When you click on this menu item it takes the viewer to a page I created an article for and it displays the SSHAGETTE of the month. This works now the way it is because I created an article that has the image in it and it's positioned where I like it to be. Below this article I have placed two modules, JS Events Calendar and JS Nearby Events. Now, what would be ideal is if I could create this menu item without the article. I want to have just the modules posted on this menu item, "SSHAGETTE's" with no article. Can you please tell me how I create a menu item that will just show the modules assigned to that menu item without an article?

menu items could lead to component pages only. Articles are part of com_content Joomla! native component.
So you can't link to a page that is not related with any component... with only modules.
So first of all what is "SSHAGETTE of the month"?
Is it an article? A profile in JomSocial?

If I want to have a blank page to display modules only, I use Joomla! featured articles page and set everything to 0.
That's better solution than installing a "blank" component (sic! someone created such a thing) :)
Then you have blank page so you may add modules freely.

The SSHAGETT of the month will be a registered member of our site. If possible, I would like to have a module, and I think I already do, that will select just one member on the last day of the month at 12:59:59 and select the registered member that has the most points from one type of members, "SSHAGETTE" and which ever one of the SSHAGETT members has the most accumulated points from the JomSocial's "User Points" is automatically featured in this module for one month, or one week or one day. I don't care how long they are there, just that it automatically selects the "SSHAGETTE" user with the most points when it's time to post a new SSHAGGETT profile. All I want this to do is select one photo from there uploaded photo's and place that one photo in the zone where it will appear and look similar to this page, sshag.com/index.php/sshag/featured-sshagette . I just need it to post 1 photo in this zone.
When visitors and other members go to view this page, they could even click on it and when they do, that SSHAGETTE of the month's profile will open and the viewer can than communicate with that member. It's a promotional thing we are trying to do to get more women to join the site. The concept is that women will join so that they can get more free PR by being a member of SSHAG. That's the plan. If you have any thoughts or ideas for this, please let me know.

There is JS Members that allow you to display members with most points, but that is a list. If you set ti to 1 member... your users will see only a small avatar. So you need a new kind of module that will display more of profile.... that mean you need customization.
