HI, Thomas.

Thank you for contacting us.
That is correct as your max upload value is 2048M... what means you may upload files up to 20MB big... 22MB is too big right now.
Please, contact your hosting support and ask if they could set it to recommended values: prntscr.com/hgnwv4

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI.

Try to increase also:

max_execution_time -> 300
max_input_time -> 60

HI, Thomas.

Please, try to increase max_execution time to 300: prntscr.com/hh4wph
And upgrade JomSocial to 4.5.
Then clear browser and Joomla! cache and try again.

Hey Michat

Thanks, working now. Just so that everyone else that may go threw this problem.

What was happening is I was putting the settings in PHP for the main server.. I had to put them settings for the user on the server as will..

Thanks
