hello! we purchased Iseo pro and received both versions for joomla 2.5 and joomla 3x.
There is an issue, we cannot install the version for joomla 3, we get http error 500. We tried installing it on another website, with different configs, on another server, same problem.
As a solution, we tried installing the 2.5 version ( in order to update it later), we can install it but when we try to update it we also get http error 500.
No errors beside the http 500.
We'd like to use the extension asap but we can't even install it.
Any ideas what to do?

You can't use version for Joomla! 2.5 on site with Joomla! 3.x
Error 500 indicate server issues. Please, open a thread here:

Using account that owns iSEO license. Provide site backend credentials and we'll investigate.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
