i don't found a answer for my problem.
I banned a member's request to join a group because his photo was missing from the profile. Now this photo is inserted and I want to allow it for this group. Unfortunately, he remains blocked, despite re-admission. As admin in the backend in the Monitor -> Members area, I clicked the button "Assign to group" on the far right and assigned the member again to the group. He even sees the group twice now, but he can not enter both.

1. Browse as group admin to group where user was banned.
2. Click "More" button under group cover:

3. Choose banned member from the list
4. You'll see the list, click on cog icon and unban member:

5. You'll get the confirmation message:
