Tried both as new and existing user. Both option, at the end, give "Undefined Error but the pop-up is blank.

Editing post to include additional information & credentials so this doesn't drag on for days because of the Admin credentials...
As this issue is not server related, I don't think FTP credential are required.
Please, could you tell us a bit more about your issue? - See last post, it's clearly stated in the OP.
What you're trying to do? What are steps to replicate this - Use Facebook button to sign up as a public user.
HI, Bill.
Thank you for contacting us.
Please, could you tell us a bit more about your issue?
What you're trying to do? What are steps to replicate this.
Also, please:
1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field:
prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP:
prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.
Clearly says in the OP, "at the end". So literally, at the end of the process, the final step. Not sure how to make that any more clear?
And I usually do not provide credentials on any CMS until the component or developer has the courtesy of taking the time to look into the issue from the public side of the site. Considering this is not an admin related process, seeing it as my potential users see it is pretty important so as to not jump right into it being a configuration issue. So I ask, did you attempt the process as a public user? If so, do you now feel it requires access to the Joomla! admin area?
As far as Facebook API connections are concerned, all that should be required are the API credentials in the JomSocial component to be in place, which they are. But if you feel like you still need admin access let me know and I will creat an account.
Thanks,
Bill
Hi, Bill.
I've tried to register on your site using FB account and get error:
prntscr.com/h78rrg
It seems that your FB app is in a development mode. Please try to finish app configuration and make it live.
Thank you. When I see the pop-up, it was blank. There was no error code text in what I see compared to what you provided a screenshot of.
I am using Chrome on Windows 10, all recently updated to latest stable releases.
Thank you,
Bill
Ok, I see the issue again, but this time I paid attention to the difference in sign-up type. When I try to use my Super User account to connect to FB I get an "UNDEFINED ERROR" in the pop-up box. I know you cannot connect an SU account with FB account, but the error pop-up should state that, not just undefined error in this case.
Just a suggestion :-)
Bill
HI, Bill.
Yes, i'll pass that suggestion ;)
