Jomsocial 4.4.5 will not install

Jomsocial 4.4.4 - 4.4.5
* The 4.4.5 upgrade does not install - error Configuration>register Licence (It is registered)
* Which I assume fixes the Flat file register and other errors to date.
* Jomsocial 4.4.4 "register" displays login options rather than new user register. "Register"
and "Login" are the same screen.

Dimas - Crazy simple but I am still stuck with a a product that will not load.

Where are the version records for change logs so that we can see what fixes are for versions. It would save a lot of problems and frustration. Jomsocial Git is not much help as it does not give version cross reference.

Thank you for contacting us.
License couldn't be recognized due to your server settings.
Please, contact with your hosting provider and ask to change allow_url_fopen = Off to allow_url_fopen = On..
After the change you should be able to autoupdate.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

That was the problem. Did not check after PHP upgrade to 7.2 and got caught again.
