SOLVED...
Just want to say thanks to the people who tried to help and to let others know how i finally managed to fix the issue after 9 days of being totally baffled,
Only noticed the issue when i bought jomsocial and done checks, the "invalid token" on register, tried registering on mobile phone and 2 laptops all come up with the token, tried different browsers, chrome, internet explorer and opera but was still saying invalid token, totally baffled at this point, today i remembered my phone joins my wi-fi when at home so turned that off and tried again on phone network, well what would you know, it worked, happy days, finally getting somewhere, contacted talktalk, some lad in the philippines had me on the phone for 55 min trying to fix the issue, ( hope not getting a big bill ) he couldn't solve it so said he will send out a new router, after puting the phone down i decided to do a factory reset on my router, ta daaa, hey presto, it works. :-) happy days.

Bad news, still not solved, got new router today and still showing invlid token on registering, :-(

new router? do you mean new connection internet? have you tried with another internet provider?

My internet provider thought it might of been the router so give me a new 1, but its not that, iv had my internet provider reset my connection but still getting the invalid token, not tried another internet provider, think ill will take my laptop out and try other peoples internet.

I will wait till the weekend then i will do more tests on registering from other internet connections, i will have more of an understanding what is going on then.

I think that is not problem if user still able register to your site, so it can be only happened on your end..
