Thank you for contacting us.
I've checked all your posts on our support forum. Actually you didn't ask anything specifically. Mentioned that you're new to Joomla! and you ware asked "how to access the help". Dimas had to presumed what kind of help you need. So let me clarify how the things work here :)
We provide support for JomSocial and other our products. That means we'll ask your questions regarding them, their configuration and work. Help you when you get stuck, guide you or point to the documentation. When you encounter issue or bug, we'll provide you direct help by fixing it or direct where fix could be find.
We are based in different time zones working in shifts so we have 24 hour to answer your inquiries. We do not provide support during weekends. All threads created at Friday evening and weekend are answered at Monday.
Support could be accessed via forum (we need your site credentials) or chat (for simple questions only). Here is Support Policy:

Our support do not cover basic Joomla! administration. So I'm sorry but we can't teach you how to use Joomla! or manage it. Joomla! is a very well documented app. You'll find a lot of documents, videos that explain ho things works or should be done. There is also forum.joomla.org so you may always ask Joomla! Community is you're stuck in Joomla!.
Our Support Policy also specify what requests are not covered e.g customizations.
I hope that most of the things are clear now.
No, it's up to you if you want to display any branding like "Powered by Joomla!" on your site. JomSocial Standard displays a backlink to jomsocial.com and it's part of EULA - this can't be removed.
Our pricing page shows how many domains are supported in certain package:

Information about our support shifts is displayed above forum:
prntscr.com/gr2bax
. But please, mind that we can't guide you through basic Joomla! and teach you how to administer it. If you need support fast and just ask things, please, use our chat.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
