Just getting started and I am not even sure I am getting to the back end where I need to make changes. I thought that once I purchased I would get some help for a day or so. How do I access this help? I need this now

You can install Jomsocial like you install common Joomla extenstions.. If you wanna need further help and setup jomsocial, please provide me backend and FTP access into private post.
1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

Have you installed Joomla? if no please you install it first, follow this doc docs.joomla.org/Installing_Joomla

And if you already installed Joomla and have some trouble with jomsocial installation please provide me your admin/backend access and FTP access, I will help you.

Hi, Habeeb.

You posted your server credentials OPENLY - any one could see them and get into your server.
I removed them just now but they was there for 9 hours and someone could get into your server.
Change server/cpanel credentials now!
