We are wondering if there is an option or extension for entering the E-mail address twice on JomSocial registration page ?
Unfortunately, we have many users signing up with misspelled E-mail addresses and entering the E-mail address twice could help avoid this tremendously.

There is an option in JomSocial 4.4.3 configuration:
JomSocial/Configuration/Registration
Repeat Email
I guess that this is the option you were seeking for.
